Insomnia

a) teaspoon of valerian rhizomes brew in a glass of boiling water and drink half a glass 2 times a day (morning and evening).

     Note: Valerian medical use for 2 weeks and take a week break later, and again 2 weeks and a break, etc.You can't also overdo it, because it can cause headaches.

b) A teaspoon of Valerian
rhizomes, St. John's wort and a spoon of cones boil in 1/2 liters of water and drink as a Decoction, a glass three times a day.
